Heat the cooking oil until a moderate heat. 2. Add one packet of KLFC Anchovy Fritter Flour (200g) and add in 200g of water. Mix well until no lumps. 3. When the oil is hot, use a round shape spoon to shape anchovy fritters and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Flip the anchovy fritters occasionally during frying. 4.
