Heat the cooking oil until a moderate heat. 2. Add one packet of Shrimp Fritter Flour (200g) and add in 200g of water. Mix well until no lumps. 3. When the oil is hot, use a round shape spoon to shape shrimp fritters and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Flip the shrimp fritters occasionally during frying. 4. Remove shrimp fritters from the oil and drain off the excess oil. Best served when hot.
