Mixed 200g of KLFC New Orleans Marinade Premix Powder with 100g of water. 2. Add in 1 - 1.5kg of chicken pieces or meat to marinate for 30 minutes or longer. PAN FRY In a lightly oiled preheated pan, cook for approximately 15 minutes or until well cooked, turning occasionally. GRILL Under a moderately hot preheated grill, cook for approximately 15 minutes or until well cooked, turning occasionally. ROAST Under a preheated oven, roast for approximately 20 minutes at 170°C - 180°C or until well cooked. MICROWAVE Heat on a high powder (800-1000 Watt) for 7 – 8 minutes or until well cooked. COOKING SUGGESTIONS Marinated chicken pieces or meat must be used within 24 hours after marinated.
